Says nothing about their reaction to Jesus' appearance
Jesus showed them his wounds, but gives no reason why.
The disciples were "overjoyed".
Luke Writes:
"Peace Be With You"
The disciples were startled and frightened by his appearance. (Trembling in fear)
Jesus showed them his wounds because he saw doubts rising in their minds.
Despite their joy and amazement, they still did not believe.
